NEO ThreadWorks is an Internet company only. All communication with NEO ThreadWorks should be via email. We are not always by a phone, but we are always at a computer and can usually talk with you at any time via e-mail.

We think that you will find this MUCH more effective, less costly and informative than the phone (no long-distance fees)... Especially since email is open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week! This means no more waiting until we "open", no more automated phone menus, no more voice mail, and no more phone tag! Just great on-line customer service.
