Can I call NEO ThreadWorks by phone? No. NEO ThreadWorks is an Internet company only. All communication with NEO ThreadWorks should be via email. We think that you will find this MUCH more effective, less costly and informative than the phone. Especially since email is open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week! This means no more waiting until we "open", no more automated phone menus, no more voice mail, and no more phone tag! Just great on-line customer service. YeeHah! Welcome to the 21st century and NEO ThreadWorks! If there is something that we need clarification on that can't be obtained via e-mail, we can contact you via phone.

When UPS delivers my order, must I sign for the package? UPS guarantees us delivery from NEO ThreadWorks into YOUR HANDS. They have a policy to leave packages in certain areas without requiring a signature (leaving packages on your door step, etc.). However, if something happens to this package, UPS is accountable. Therefore, if your package does not arrive in a reasonable period of time (typically 7-10 working days for UPS Ground shipments), please email us at orders@NEOThreadWorks.com and we will assist you.

Do you sell or share my personal information? NEO ThreadWorks Privacy Statement. NEO ThreadWorks will NOT rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card, or personal information to any third party. Your privacy is of the utmost importance at NEO ThreadWorks. We protect the privacy of our customers and visitors to the maximum extent possible. We pledge NEVER to release any information about any customer or visitor to ANY outside source. This policy is firm and not subject to change. We will maintain individual information about our users when they choose to add information to our secure database for ease of ordering, such as company logos, size databases and credit card information. All individual information is maintained in a secure database. We use SSL encryption to secure transmission of sensitive data. We never sell or rent any information about our customers to anyone.
